We recently relandscaped our front yard--added a stone patio, got rid of the lawn, planted lots of flowers. The red pots are for growing herbs.

Looks great and will look even better in late summer as the plants grow & fill in.

Yes, the flagstone is all new--there used to be a narrow, straight concrete sidewalk and some grass there, the only things we did not rip out were two maple trees and two camellia bushes. I think the new plants will fill in nicely, as long as the gophers don't eat them first!
