Good food and shopping!

Lunch trucks

Usually there are several lunch trucks near my office, but today just two showed up. My favorite is Cheese Gone Wild, for obvious reasons!

De Young Museum visit

We also visited the De Young museum on the same day as our Legion visit (using the same tickets!) and saw the new kilim show. All of them were donated to the museum by the same collector, a very generous gift! We parked near Golden Gate park, just in front of a very interesting looking shop called Modern Relics. It was closed, so we will have to return at another time.

Legion of Honor in San Francisco

After Christmas, we visited the Legion of Honor, mainly to see the Mourners sculpture show. I could not take pictures in that exhibit, so I took a bunch of other sculpture shots, including the Medusa which is on loan to the Legion. (We didn't pay extra to see the Pissarro exhibit, though.)
