Mystery Stole is finished!

The Mystery Stole is finished. The grafting was a nightmare and it's far from perfect, but it's done and I learned a lot. The yarn is a hand dyed perle cotton that I bought somewhere a few years ago. I still have enough left for a small project, perhaps a shoulder-size shawl.

Hi, I also made the mystery stole symmetrical and grafted it together (3 times!)and it has a line where I did the graft. Did you use any special technique? I am so unhappy with mine but don't want to ungraft again until I find out what I have done wrong. Thanks in advance. Your stole is beautiful, did you use beads?

I think it is just tough to graft lace, although it was a bit easier the second time, after I blocked it, so you might try blocking your stole first. I have grafted tons of socks, but they are plain stockinette. No, I didn't use beads on my stole, I thought that would be too difficult since I have never knitted with beads and this was my first mystery lace project. My ravelry name is quiltnut. I'll look for your stole, thanks!
