This pattern was purchased at the Georgia Quilt Show a couple of years ago. We bought a piece of the black and white skeleton fabric at the show, but the rest of the fabrics are from my stash. I fused all the smaller pieces in place and will machine quilt around the edges of them to hold them down permanently.
